| Ed Torres – General Manager - is
co-founder of Go-Ez Mobile and comes to this new venture
with 10 years as senior executive with UniWorld Cards
and consultant to several wireless & telecommunication
firms. Mr. Torres’s background includes an MBA from
Catholic University. Mr. Torres began his career with
Procter & Gamble where achieving notoriety in P&G sales
methodology. Mr. Torres then joined Coca-Cola
Corporation (Wine Spectrum Division) for ten years in
the development of the Northeast sector’s Spirits
Division. Mr. Torres advanced to start his own wireless
Company WorldNet Prepaid. He was responsible for his
companies brand management, business development,
wireless software development, long-term budget
preparation, marketing reports, financial & daily
operating functions. |

| Vui Le – Technology Investor - Vui Le
is the President and CEO of Vuico. Vui brings with him
20 years of experience in the IT industry. His career is
a product of his deep interest in IT technology and
technology management. Vui’s management experience
derives chiefly from senior management positions
building strategic alliances, driving business
development and developing marketing initiatives to sell
IT networks and systems. Most recently, Vui Le was Vice
President of Solutions Marketing and Strategic Alliances
for epicRealm, Inc., responsible for developing
marketing initiatives and directing strategic alliances
with global companies. Prior to epicRealm, Vui was a
senior manager for the Service Provider Business Unit at
Compaq Computer Corporation in Houston. Vui has held
senior engineering positions at Compaq, U.S. Robotics
and Novell and has taught numerous seminars on IT
networks and Internet technologies. Vui has a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M
University. |

is Founder of Ogho Capital Corp, a US investment company
focused on financing projects with an emphasis on the
social and developmental needs of emerging economies.
Ogho capital and its subsidiaries operate a number of
companies including SmartPayglobal, an e-payment company
whose assets include card payment processing
transactions for over 40 banks, one of the largest ATM
inventories in Africa and global mobile payments. The
group also owns Glofone a global VOIP carrier offering
services to a large number of countries worldwide. Mr.
Nwuba is a Member of the Board of the ATM Industry
Association (ATMIA) Worldwide and a Member of the Board
of ATMIA Africa, ATMIA Asia, ATMIA Europe and ATMIA
North America. He is a member of the Board of Trustees
of the SCSN a Smart Card industry group having been a
pioneer in the use of Smart cards for payments. Mr.
Nwuba advises Central Banks and bankers in general on
the business of technology and payments and is one of
the co-authors of the Nigerian Electronic Banking
regulations. He is a member of the technical
subcommittee on payment integration across the West
African zone and a member of the Nigerian Economic Forum
in Geneva, Switzerland. Mr. Nwuba has lectured in
Europe, Africa and North American on payments, payment
security and fraud mitigation including, Compaq
Financial Services Series, UK; Lagos Business School on
e-payments, ATMIA Africa Conferences and NEDF
conferences. He is a co-Author book, “the Nigerian
Financial System” which examines the financial system
and projects its evolution. He is an Architect by
training and has attended a number of business courses. |

| Tao Vu – Technical Consultant - Tao Vu
is Vice President Engineering. Tao has 20 years
experience in software engineering. Tao joined Compaq
Computer Corporation in 1985 as a software engineer and
quickly rose to Team Leader of Diagnostics Development.
While at Compaq, Tao designed and developed a three-tier
Java Web-based enterprise management application and led
a team of systems diagnostics experts in a general
initiative to build Compaq into a world-class
manufacturing company. Prior to joining Compaq, Tao was
a senior engineer at Datapoint Corporation, a leading
provider of networking subsystems. Prior to joining
Datapoint, Tao was working as a graduate student at the
University of Texas in San Antonio pursuing a Master’s
Degree in Computer Science. Tao has a BA degree in
Accounting and Financial Management from the University
of DALAT, Government and Business School, South Vietnam. |

the Metro NY area with an expertise in advertising sales
and software sales functions. Most recently, Mr Padilla
was a National Sales Manager with In Call Network Media.
Mr. Padilla managed new business sales initiatives in
mobile ad serving platform to Agencies and Advertisers.
He specialized in the U.S. markets selling interactive
features and great content to engage with their brand of
choice, transforming content into the next mobile
marketing medium. Mr. Padilla is a graduate of St.
John's University with a BS in Communications Arts and a
minor in Marketing. |
